  1. Some woman need hormone treatment to be able to do the jump training or thy wouldn’t able to physically get out of bed never mind jump. So it’s very important. Some woman are lucky and can already jump train then hrt to help boost, but some woman aren’t that lucky.

  2. That ability to go from osteopenia to normality is quite unusual at least in my research. There are people who claim it, but don’t actually show any peer reviewed results.
