  1. Thanks I find even as a non vegan it’s hard to get to 200 grams of protein per day unless spend a fortune on top cuts of meat or fish

  2. My youngest is 16 years old and committed to a veggie diet but even then is quite picky and stubborn about what he will eat. Are these protein powders considered safe for all ages?

  3. Here’s some ideas from a vegetarian if you’re hitting the gym, some are processed but hasn’t killed me yet:

    Quorn burgers/sausages/mince/chicken pieces
    Whey protein
    Eat lean protein cheese (game changer if you train)
    Heura burgers
    Seitan
    Chick peas

    Remember to mix it up, spices are your friend and combining chick peas with rice for example will provide a complete protein source.

  4. Scene 3:10, cheese is not vegan eating because cheese comes from an animal, so does cottage cheese and yogurt
