  2. I had to remove garlic and onions because I saw the impact it had on my ability to think and process while studying. Eating them disconnect the communication between hemispheres. When I eat them and try to study it’s challenging and I do not perform well.

  3. You’re starting off your presentation with major restrictions, mindful eating is not about restrictions it’s about being present in the moment and paying attention to body signals, restricting foods is a diet, not mindful eating.
