  1. Nothing says “not dieting” like having a very restrictive list of foods that you need to limit to 20% of your food (by calories? Weight? Volume?) then testing Ph levels daily

  2. She might have received an unpleasant call before the show, or maybe some memories about her son came up.. people have reasons, but she managed well to go on..
