.Set realistic goals
– Find a friend to text
– Be honest about what you can do and when you can do it
– Figure out which routine is financially and mentally worth your time and money
– Set a realistic schedule
– Be honest with YOURSELF about what your current stage of life will allow, and give yourself some grace
