what type of magnesium is best?
1. Hydration from water and water rich foods
2. At least 30-40 gm of protein in every meal
3. Micronutrients like Choline, Magnesium, Vitamin D, Selenium and Zinc
4. Full body workouts or lower upper body split. Target big muscles 2-3 times a week
5. Low reps with high weights. 4-5 rounds of 3-5 reps with 3-5 min rest in between sets
6. Sprint more. 10-20 sec HIIT with 3-5 sec rest. 8-10 rounds
