So , so, true. I went through a period of injury and could not work out, but I stayed with my eating plan and walked. I made sure that I told myself it was only a temporary setback. Also, with food when you eliminate foods that are not the healthiest: when I do eat them I often feel awful afterward. My body got so used to good foods that it rejects the ‘bad’ foods. Definitely praise yourself for the positive things you did each day.
Mindset is HUGE! Vince is so correct; especially in days when you’re just not feeling it; and i notice when you “push through” when your minds saying “quit” or “not today”; the end is so much sweeter!! and you feel amazing
so I have a question for you. I’m really impressed with everything that I’ve seen in the videos. So Retina specialist I see his gained a lot of weight is on some kind of program and he lost some and he’s not losing anymore. He doesn’t have the time he sees 90 patients a day sometimes then has a drive home. So I’m looking for something that would be workable for him if he could help me out and help him out that would be great. I’ll forward it to him.
